you will find helpful. If your ever have a question that is
not listed below please feel free to contact us or give one of our spa
coordinators a call and they will assist you. |
Scheduling an appointment?
In order to ensure that you receive the time and day you desire, we
recommend that you schedule your next appointment before leaving the spa.
Group parties reservations of ten or more must leave a deposit at the time
of booking. |
Unable to Keep Your Appointment?
We respectfully request a 24 hour cancellation notice for services.
Deposits on Group Parties reservations will not be refund if appointments
are missed without prior notifications. |
Running Late?
Our scheduling permits the correct amount of time to complete your service.
Please arrive 10 minutes ahead of your appointment time in order to relax
and to avoid haste. Service times may be shortened to accommodate late
arrivals. However, in some cases it may be necessary to reschedule services. |
Confirmation Calls?
We will give you a complimentary call reminder prior to your appointment. |
Receiving Waxing Services?
No sun tanning 24 hours before or after your appointment in order to prevent
injuries. Hair length should be 1/4 inch in order to be successfully waxed. |
Receiving a
Pedicure?
Remember to bring your sandals in order to avoid smudging your beautiful
nail polish. |
